The effects of heated N2 gas has three effects

1. Improved solderability

Effective for soldering lead-free solder and high-temperature solder with poor wettability and spreadability, and less likely to cause bridges, even with components prone to bridging.

2. Effect to prevent oxidation

By uniformly supplying N2 gas from the tip of the soldering iron tip and nozzle assembly, blocks oxygen, preventing oxidation of the components and tip.

3. Preheating effect

Since it enables more efficient heating compared to using only the soldering iron tip, it allows for improved workability and a lower tip temperature without sacrificing workability.
