It suctions a component, just by covering the hole on the pen with a finger.
The consistent suction power provided by the station type helps pick up a component.
The 0603 components used in mobile phones are so small that high precision work is required when picking it up with manual tweezers not to lose or miss it. HAKKO 392 offers a fine bent nozzle (A1198 0.26 mm dia. as an option) that can handle the 0603 chip component. HAKKO 392 ensures continuous pick up works.
The pick-up tool is designed to pick up a micro component by suction but not to suction dust. If it is used to suction dust, the filter inside may get clogged and it may cause product failure.
