Case 1 The tip is not heated sufficiently.

Case 2. A new tip cannot be inserted into the heating element.
The insert pipe is burned onto the heating element.
Flux that entered the tip caused the parts to burn together. In general, the insert pipe is not easily pulled out.

*A simple operation after soldering work can prevent burning on. Refer to Point 5.
Appearance when the insert pipe is burned on

Note

Remove the insert pipe with a tool, etc.
Do not reuse the insert pipe by returning it to the tip again. Doing so will prevent the tip from being heated sufficiently.

Necessary tool:   Long-nosed pliers


If the insert pipe cannot be removed even by using the tool

Replace the heating element and tip at the same time.
