On January 19, 2011, regarding that Zhu Yougang(passing by the name of Dongguang Huanyu Electric Soldering Iron Co. , Ltd) produces the goods with forged country of production, Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of Dongguang City in Guangdong Province has ordered Zhu Yougang to stop his production of infringed goods immediately.

On March 29, 2011, regarding that Dongguang Hongju Soldering Iron Tips sales the products with Hakko's registered trademark, without having authorization of Hakko, Dongguang Administration for Industry and Commerce has ordered Dongguang Hongju Soldering Iron Tips to stop their sales of infringed products immediately.

On December 4, 2009, Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau Futian Substation has determined that the business website Shenzhen Riyou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. operates, which advertises “HAKKO Japan Hakko Brand” as their “representative and sales agent brand” without having authorization of Hakko, conflicts with “People's Republic of China Trademark Law” Article 52, Provision 1, and has ordered Shenzhen Riyou Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. to stop their infringement on Hakko rights immediately.

Recently, the additional fake web sites with the domain names of "hakko.hk" and "hakko.asia" were found. We don't have any web sites with these domain names.

On March 27, 2008, the Incheon Custom in South Korea identified goods among imported goods from China (170 pieces of soldering iron) that are perceived to infringe the trademark of Hakko Corporation and suspended their import.
On May 2, 2008, after its subsequent reviews, those goods were officially acknowledged as trademark infringement items and disposed based on the provision in Article 179(2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Customs Tariff Act.

Hakko Corporation had filed a suit against CHEN GUIXING (the owner of Tongyi Electronic Equipment Factory located at Nantou, ZhongShan) and TAN YONG QIANG ( refer to the undermentioned note) with regard to infringement of Hakko's intellectual property rights (patent number ZL98105582.6) for a heater sensor combined machine. We are happy to announce that the decision was made as of July 4, 2007 to “enjoin CHEN GUIXING and TAN YONG QIANG from manufacturing, sales and authorization of sales of the patent infringement goods.”

We are here to announce that in response to the appeal suit filed by CHEN GUIXING (the owner of Tongyi Electronic Equipment Factory located at Nantou, ZhongShan) and TAN YONG QIANG ( refer to the undermentioned note), the High People's Court in GuangDong province made a decision “supporting the original decision (at the Intermediate Court)” on June 19, 2008. CHEN GUIXING and TAN YONG QIANG objected to the decision, (2006)SUIZHONGFAMINSANCHUZI 173 made by the Intermediate People's Court in Guangzhou on July 4, 2007 regarding patent infringement case filed by Hakko Corporation against the two.
