HAKKO introduces an original auto-soldering system, which consists of Easy Programming Software, auto-soldering units (FU-500 ・ FU-601), IAI's TTA series robot (HAKKO version) and a set of mounting accessories. It requires no expertise to start auto-soldering.
In case sourcing the 4-axis table-top type auto-soldering robot separately, there is the set (consists of above 2, 3, 4, and 5) to integrate with the robot.
* 4-axis table-top type auto-soldering robot is limited to IAI's robot designated by HAKKO.
We will assist you in executing high quality automation, improving productivity, and reduction of initial and running cost.
All it takes to get ready for creating soldering program is just to connect the robot with a solder feeder unit (FU-500) and a computer and then start the software. Easy Programming Software automatically generates soldering program by entering soldering positions and conditions. It requires no expertise of general purpose robot for programming.
Programming auto-soldering process is just as easy as entering a position of soldering in the software.
A position can be found by moving a robot to a soldering point.
