Video recording of soldering conditions
It is possible to record soldering condition on the production by shooting video.
Even if the operator or supervisor is absent, you can check what happened later.
Analysis and all-in-one management with the dedicated application
Recoding starts automatically when the soldering program is started.
Since the dedicated viewer application works with the HU-200 software (HAKKO SOLDERING SYSTEM2) various information such as coordinates, time, temperature and soldering condition can be recorded.
By analyzing the data, you can figure out the cause of the soldering defect as status of it is confirmed by video and picture data.
Creating a simple report from the accumulated data
It's possible to output a simple report in CSV format from the data recorded.
A report in CSV format allows quick sharing and browsing.
Link the serial number printed on the board with barcord reader
By reading the serial number printed on the board etc with the barcord reader, lot number or serial number is appended following by the file name of the recorded data.
The file name follows the order of program name, data storage date, lot and serial number (if included)

12 mm
The standard lends is 25 mm and the optional lends is 12 mm. You can select whichever is suitable for shooting distance.
25 mm lends is recommended to check the soldering condition and 12 mm wide lends is good for watching soldering and its surrounding area.
Ant-fogging cover glass for lens
The cover lends prevents the lens from fogging by a great amount of flux fume generated by auto soldering.

Adjustable arm with five joints
The arm is adjustable by losing the hexagon socket head cap screws on the joints to set the camera to the position you require.
