Above 2 nozzles can be used without pad.
Just mate the suction pad closely with the surface of the object you wish to pick up, and press the button to turn on the suction. This simple and easy action makes long-term operation comfortable.
The 0603 components used in mobile phones are so small that high precision work is required when picking it up with manual tweezers not to lose or miss it. HAKKO 394 offers a fine bent nozzle (A1198 0.26 mm dia. as an option) that can handle the 0603 chip component. HAKKO 394 ensures continuous pick up works.
Four types of pads in sizes of 3 mm dia., 5 mm dia., 7 mm dia. and 10 mm dia. respectively are available for HAKKO 394.
Suction pick up can be continuously and easily performed only by matching the pad to the size of the suction object.
Also, the stopper function of the HAKKO 394, which is enabled when a pad is used, prevents the suction object from being damaged.
The pick-up tool is designed to pick up a micro-component by suction but not to suction dust. If it is used to suction dust, the filter inside may get clogged and it may cause product failure.
