On March 27, 2008, the Incheon Custom in South Korea identified goods among imported goods from China (170 pieces of soldering iron) that are perceived to infringe the trademark of HAKKO Corporation and suspended their import. On May 2, 2008, after its subsequent reviews, those goods were officially acknowledged as trademark infringement items and disposed based on the provision in Article 179(2) of the Order for Enforcement of the Customs Tariff Act.
