HAKKO Corporation had filed a suit against manufacturer and dealer in Guangdong Province, with regard to infringement of HAKKO's intellectual property rights (patent number ZL98105582.6) for a heater sensor combined machine. We are happy to announce that the decision was made as of July 4, 2007 to “enjoin manufacturer and dealer from manufacturing, sales and authorization of sales of the patent infringement goods.“
