We are here to announce that in response to the appeal suit filed by the manufacturer and dealer in Guangdong Province, with regard to infringement of HAKKO's intellectual property rights (patent number ZL98105582.6), the High People's Court in Guangdong province made a decision “supporting the original decision (at the Intermediate Court)“ on June 19, 2008. The manufacturer and dealer objected to the decision, (2006)SUIZHONGFAMINSANCHUZI 173 made by the Intermediate People's Court in Guangzhou on July 4, 2007 regarding patent infringement case filed by HAKKO Corporation against the two.
