| Sensors are soldered onto the three locations of the patterns on a glass epoxy P.W.B. (120mm x 260mm x 1.6mm). The temperature of the P.W.B. is measured at the points shown in the illustration. Preset temperature: 150°C, Conveyor speed: 3.5mm/sec. |
