What functions and features does it have?
C. Temperature offset function
Temperature offset eliminates individual differences and allows operation at the same temperature even when using different HAKKO FR-820 units.
Furthermore, it reduces variations in temperature at the hot air outlet (for further details, click here.) and achieves more accurate temperature control.

1.Turn on the power switch.
2. Set the temperature adjustment knob to 250ºC and wait until the temperature has stabilized.
3. After the temperature has stabilized, press the START/STOP button for 3 seconds or longer.
4. Check that the lamp changes to green and stays lit.
5.Adjust the temperature adjustment knob so that the temperature becomes 250ºC. (Refer to "How to measure the temperature".)
If the lamp changes from lit to flashing, it means that the actual temperature exceeds the temperature offset range.
6. Press the START/STOP button again to complete the temperature offset.
7.The lamp changes to red and the unit returns to normal operation mode.
8. Set the knob to your desired temperature. |
