CASE 1 Although the nozzle is heated, no adhesives are discharged.
CASE 2 The nozzle is not heated.

CASE 1.
Do not lay the unit down during use or shortly after use.

The following 4 causes are assumed.

It is possible that dust, dirt, etc. are clogging the inside of the nozzle, preventing the trigger from being pulled.

 
Note
 
Replace the nozzle with a new one.
Required tools Spanner with width across flats of 14mm (included only with No. 804)
Spanner with width across flats of 13mm (included only with No. 804)
* Although a spanner with width across flats of 12mm is required for replacement of the nozzle for No. 805, it is not provided as standard equipment.
 
 
When replacing the nozzle for No. 804, be sure to use the 2 spanners. Failure to do so will damage the main body.

1. Wait for a while (approx. 3 min.) until adhesive has melted.

Turn on the power and wait untiil the adhesive starts to be melted.

2. Secure the stopper using the spanner with width across flats of 14mm.

3. Turn the nozzle using the spanner with width across flats of 13mm.

Secure the stopper with a spanner with width across flats of 14mm and turn the nozzle using a spanner with width across flats of 13mm to remove. Failure to secure the stopper with a spanner will damage the housing. (In the case of No.804 .)

Remove the nozzle with a spanner with width across flats of 12mm or a monkey wrench (In the case of No.805)

4. Mount a new nozzle using a spanner with width across flats of 13mm.
