CASE 1 Although the nozzle is heated, no adhesives are discharged.
CASE 2 The nozzle is not heated.

CASE 1.
Do not lay the unit down during use or shortly after use.

The following 4 causes are assumed.

It is possible that adhesive has flowed backward, preventing the trigger from being pulled.

Remove the backward-flowed adhesive according to the following procedures.

If the backflow phenomenon exhibits serious conditions as shown in the photo, submit the unit for repair.
Please return the unit to the place of purchase for repair.
Submit the unit for repair. Condition where hot-melt adhesive has flowed backward from the insertion guide. If the conditions are the same as shown in the photo or more serious, it is assumed that you cannot repair it by yourself; therefore, it is recommended to submit the unit for repair.

1. Turn on the power.

2. After the adhesive has melted, pull out the adhesive stick slowly.

3. Disconnect the power plug and wait until the inside adhesive has hardened.

Be sure to use the stand and wait until the inside adhesive has hardened.

Disconnect the power plug hot-melt adhesive has hardened.
Condition where hot-melt adhesive has stuck on the main body and the inside.

If the adhesive stick is pulled out before the adhesive is used up completely, adhesive may be stuck on the main body and inside components as shown in the photo.

4. Remove the stuck adhesive on the main body and the inside components (feeding claw, etc.) by poking it.

If adhesive is hardened, it is easy to remove stuck adhesive by poking.

5. Push adhesive stuck around the insertion guide into the inside by peeling it off with a chopstick.

Be careful not to damage the insertion guide.

6. Turn on the power and insert an adhesive stick to check whether it is usable or not.

Do not pull the trigger forcibly. Doing so will cause a malfunction. (Refer to Point 3.)
