CASE1 Although the motor is rotating, only cool air comes out.
CASE2 The motor does not rotate and the heating element is not heated.
CASE3 Although no air comes out, the heating element is heated.

Although no air comes out, the heating element is heated.

The motor may be broken.
Hakko heating guns use a brush-type motor. When the built-in brush is worn, the motor has reached the end of its service life.
The motor is installed toward the back of the product.(The photo shows the heating gun No. 881.)



Note

Although motors are sold as replacement parts for some models, since the replacement procedure is difficult, it is recommended to send the unit in for repair. Please return the unit to the place of purchase for repair.
