Case 1 Indicated temperatures are lower. Solder is not melted.
Case 2 Even if the power switch is set to ON, the unit does not operate.

Case 2. Even if the power switch is set to ON, the unit does not operate.

The following two causes are assumed.

Cause 1: It is possible that the power cord is disconnected.
Check the connection status.

Cause 2: It is possible that the fuse is blown.
Check that the fuse is not blown.
Check that a fuse with different specifications is not used.
Check the ratings of the fuse.
* If the fuse is often blown, please return the unit to the place of purchase for repair.

If the above causes are not applicable:
It is assumed that the power cord is broken or the PWB is broken. However, since it is difficult for you to replace them by yourself, it is recommended to submit the product to the place of purchase for repair.　 Please return the unit to the place of purchase for repair.

If the heating is blown out:

Replace it with a new fuse.

Replacement method:

Purchase the proper 5A fuse and replace the fuse with a new one.
Necessary tools: Straight-blade screwdriver
   
* Purchase replacement parts from the shop where you purchased main unit.

If the fuse is not blown out:
Send the unit to the place of purchase for repair.
