HAKKO melter maintenance method Top
POINT 1	Do not lay the unit down during use or shortly after use.
POINT 2	Do not pull out the adhesive stick forcibly before it is used up completely.
POINT 3	Do not pull the trigger forcibly.
POINT 4	Remove dirt and dust stuck on the adhesive stick before use.
POINT 5	Use adhesive types having material characteristics, dimensions and viscosity suitable for No. 804/805.
POINT 6	Disconnect the power plug when the unit will not be used for 20 min. or more.
POINT 7	When replacing the nozzle with a new one, use a spanner. (No. 804)

Continued use of an adhesive stick with dirt and dust stuck on it may clog the nozzle, causing malfunction.
