Valve plate, fixing plate
If the valve plate and fixing plate are hard to remove, slightly heat the fixing plate and then remove them.

 While being careful not to get burned, apply hot air from a distance of 3 to 10cm.

If it is hard to remove the valve plate and fixing plate even after heating because they are stuck to the pump head, insert a stick-shaped (not sharp) object from the hole of the exhaust filter to remove. (See the following photo.)
