Cleaning heating elements (HAKKO 484)
Remove the nozzle and insert the cleaning pin for heating element into the hole of the heating element and then scrape off any oxidation in it to let it pass through smoothly.
It is impossible to clean unless the hole inside the heating element is sufficiently heated.

It is necessary to heat the heating element before cleaning. The heating element is at high temperatures. Be sure to wear gloves and clean it carefully. |

[ Cautions after cleaning ]
When attaching the nozzle to the heating element, be sure to apply anti-seizure lubricant to the thread section.
