Note that solder pot is a consumable part. Pay attention to the following points as well as
checking for corrosion conditions of the solder pot when performing the daily inspection.
Factors to facilitate corrosion of the solder pot:

Use at high temperatures: The higher set temperature, the faster solder pot deterioration occurs.
It is recommended that the product be used at low temperatures as much as possible.

Flaws on the solder pot: If the plating coated on the pot surface is peeled, corrosion is facilitated.
Be careful not to scratch the surface, which may cause the plating to peel during use.
Examples in which it is easy to scratch the pot
- When a solder bar is hit against the pot while melting the solder.
- When a metallic object (spatula, etc.) is hit against the pot while removing solder wastes.
