Wipe off the tip with a cleaning wire shortly before soldering.
If the tip is left on the iron holder after cleaning, the bare iron base section will be exposed, promoting oxidization.

1. Perform solder work.
2. Place the soldering iron on the iron holder
After finishing one soldering step, place the soldering iron on the iron holder as it is without cleaning the tip.
If the order of step 2 and 3 are reversed, oxidization of tip will be promoted.
3. Clean the tip
Clean the tip shortly before soldering.
