Point 1 Pull out the plug from the wall socket if not using the soldering iron for a long time.
Point 2 If consumable parts such as the element cover, nut, etc. are oxidized, replace them with new parts.
Point 3 When placing the soldering iron on the iron holder during work, leave the tip applied solder.
Point 4 After work, be sure to apply new solder to the tip before storing.
Point 5 To prevent burning on, periodically loosen the nut and repeatedly insert and pull out the element cover and tip.
Point 6 Use only the specified tips.

Point 1. Pull out the plug from the wall socket if not using the soldering iron for a long time.

When the soldering iron is left on the iron holder with power switched on for a long time, the tip end will become blackened and oxidized, causing the wetting characteristics to deteriorate. If tip wetting is deteriorated, heat cannot be transferred properly, preventing normal soldering.
