Tips for extending the life of the soldering iron
If a failure phenomenon occurs
For extending the life of the soldering iron
Point 1
Pull out the plug from the wall socket if not using the soldering iron for a long time.
Point 2
If consumable parts such as the element cover, nut, etc. are oxidized, replace them with new parts.
Point 3
When placing the soldering iron on the iron holder during work, leave the tip applied solder.
Point 4
After work, be sure to apply new solder to the tip before storing.
Point 5
To prevent burning on, periodically loosen the nut and repeatedly insert and pull out the element cover and tip.
Point 6
Use only the specified tips.
If a failure phenomenon occurs
Case 1
The tip is not heated sufficiently.
Case 2
A new tip cannot be inserted into the heating element.
