Disassembly and cleaning
Assembly
 
The problem in which the flow force becomes weak and a block of black oxides is discharged can be prevented by periodic overhauls. In addition, seizure of screws can be prevented.
 
 Assembly
 
Assemble the bath according to the following procedures.
 
1. Assemble the chamber, impeller and bottom plate.
 

No screws are required for assembly. Only press-fitting the bottom plate into the chamber is required.

2. Install the anti-oxidizer plate in the chamber.

3. Insert the joint onto the impeller.
 
Note that the installation direction of joint is specified.
Insert while referring to the figure at right. In this case, it is unnecessary to tighten the screw. Insert the joint onto the impeller.
 
4. Install the chamber in the bath. (Tool to be used: Pliers)
 
Pass the bolts of bath through these two holes.
 
5.Secure the anti-oxidizer plate and chamber with the spacers, spring washers and nuts.
(Tool to be used: Box wrench)

6. Connect the impeller and motor shaft with the joint.

7. Check that the impeller does not come in contact with the chamber by turning the joint with fingers.

If the joint does not rotate smoothly, check the following points.
1. Perpendicular misalignment in joint connection
2. Horizontal misalignment in anti-oxidizer plate
 
8. Assembly is completed.
