Flow soldering system HAKKO 485
HAKKO 485 Overhaul
The problem in which the flow force becomes weak and a block of black oxides is discharged can be prevented by periodic overhauls. In addition, seizure of screws can be prevented.

Preparation for work
If the joint and nut are secured as shown in the photo, work according to the following procedures.

Condition in which the screws face to the side and cannot be removed
 
1. Turn on the power and wait for a while until solder is melted.
 
2. Face the joint toward the front so that the screws on the joint can be seen.

3.Suck up solder until the nuts can be seen completely.
 
Suck up solder until the nuts can be seen completely.
 
4. Turn off the power and wait until solder has rehardened.
 
5. After solder rehardened, disassemble and perform cleaning.
