Measuring the tip temperature prior to operation and making corrections as necessary will lead the stabilize soldering quality.

Automated tip temperature measurement and adjustment

By setting the measurement contents, tip application position and solder feed amount in the program, the tip temperature measurement can be performed automatically at any time.
If there is a difference between the set temperature and the actual tip temperature, it is automatically adjusted (Can be set arbitrarily).

Automatic recording of measurement results

Measurement results are automatically saved for each measurement.
This automates time-consuming tasks such as visual inspection, manual recording in a ledger, and subsequent data input into an Excel file. Thereby it leads to improve work efficiency.

Three measurement patterns can be set

Measurement items such as tip temperature, tip to ground resistance (leakage voltage), and tip to ground potential can be set arbitrarily.
By setting measurement items in advance, such as tip temperature only or tip temperature and tip to ground resistance, you can call up the necessary settings as necessary.

There is no need to stop/pause the equipment and open/close the safety cover.

Tip temperature, tip to ground resistance (leakage voltage), and tip to ground potential can be measured, even when the safety cover closed.
